Equipment Scam Report publishes buyer reports alongside independently verifiable records — domain registration, hosting, business registers, licence numbers, premises checks, and the origin of machine photographs. A report describes what was reported and what could be confirmed from public sources at the time of writing. It is not a criminal charge, a court judgment, a regulatory finding, or a determination of legal liability by any authority.

Confirmed Scam and High Risk are conclusions we draw from the specific evidence set out on the report itself. That evidence is published precisely so a reader can weigh it independently rather than accept a label on trust.

Verdicts move in both directions as evidence arrives. A grade reflects the state of the record on the date shown, not a permanent characterisation of any business.

A dealer, website, or phone number that does not appear here has not been cleared. Most equipment fraud is never reported to anyone, and these sites are built to run for weeks and then be abandoned — so the newest and most dangerous operations are precisely the ones with no record. Run the verification checks regardless of what this site says.

A domain named in a report may later be acquired by an unrelated party, a trading name may be reused legitimately by a different business, and a phone number may be recycled by a carrier to someone with no connection to the operation. Where a change of operator is established, a dated note is added. If you now control a domain named here, contact us and that will be made explicit on the record.

Dealership names, logos, machine photographs, and screenshots appear only to identify the subject of a report or to evidence the reuse of a legitimate dealer's material by a fraudulent operation. Their appearance implies no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners — in most cases the opposite, since the genuine business is itself being impersonated.
