Every report on this site started as one buyer writing in. Send whatever you have — the details are checked and cross-referenced against sellers already on file before anything is published, and your personal information never appears.

Published accounts carry a first name or initials and a general location only — never your email, phone number, or banking details. Filing here is not a legal complaint: report to your bank and to IC3 as well.

Do this first

Telephone your bank now. Ask for a wire recall or a chargeback for goods not received, and use the words fraud and unauthorised beneficiary. Same-day requests are the only ones that routinely work.
Send nothing more. Transport bonds, insurance, storage, customs, and a final balance to release the load are the scheme continuing, not obstacles to clear.
Screenshot everything — listing, website, invoice, bank details, message history — before the site goes dark, then file with IC3.
Refuse every recovery offer. Anyone who contacts you afterwards offering to retrieve the money is the same trade.

The first 48 hours

Evidence checklist

The website, plus any other domains or marketplace accounts the same seller used
The bank beneficiary name, the bank, and the last four digits of the receiving account
Any escrow, transport, or inspection company the seller introduced you to
Phone numbers, email addresses, and the name the seller gave you
Where you found the listing: marketplace, classifieds, a paid ad, a search result
Screenshots of the listing, the invoice, the bill of sale, and the message history
The machine photographs — they usually belong to a real dealer somewhere
Dates: first contact, each payment, and every fee demanded afterwards
